Maximilian von Zepelin

Maximilian von Zepelin studied architecture at the Bauhaus University Weimar. During his studies, he was a research assistant at the Archiv der Moderne Weimar, completed an internship at Jägnefält Milton in Stockholm and was co-editor of the student magazineHorizons. In 2018, he completed his studies with a free Master's thesis under Professors Verena von Beckerath and Elli Mosayebi. He then worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Design and Housing Construction under Prof. Verena von Beckerath at the Bauhaus University Weimar, focusing on a research project on the links between the Bauhaus and Japan in the 1930s and 1940s, which culminated in 2019 with the film Two Houses and the publicationTwo Houses Textswas completed. He was co-curator of various exhibitions, includingSome Investigations in Collective Format the Architekturgalerie Berlin. Maximilian von Zepelin has been an employee at Edelaar Mosayebi Inderbitzin Architekt*innen in Zurich since 2018 and a research assistant at the Chair of City and Housing at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology since 2023.
